5: Cancellation & Refund Policy

Standard Shared Tours

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour time
  • Late cancellations may not be refundable.

Private Tours

  • Free cancellation up to 24–48 hours before the tour time (depending on booking).
  • Same-day cancellations are usually non-refundable.

No-Show Policy

  • If you do not arrive or do not respond at pickup time, it will be marked as a no-show
  • No-show bookings are non-refundable.
